Im missing tickets in Ekkie it shows me about 17/27 by default. Only when I switch the timer to all time it shows me all my open tickets. please have all tickets to be always shown when they are not resolved

Hello, thank you for your feedback, we will update our default time range for those tickets to ‘all time‘ to make it more convenient for you to overview open tickets very soon!
