Hello! We have added some modifications to address this, does the issue perssist ? If so, could you please clarify which two views are you reffering to ? We currently have 3 ticket views ‘Active‘, ‘Inactive‘ and ‘Closed‘, do the planned tickets not appear in any of the views or do they appear in an unexpected place ? Thank you for the feedback!
