pictures in chat
Right now we can only attach pictures as attachment can we have a option to paste these in the chat. Saving screenshots and then uploading them takes much more time as having the option to paste from your snipping tool

It works great. One small thing I notice is when I attach a picture in chat for ticket A and not send it and then open ticket B the picture is still in the chat. I would assume it would stay “Cached“ for the rest of the session in the chat of ticket A. With text it does stay only in ticket A when I move to B it’s a different chat

Thank you for pointing this out as a potential issue, right now this is expected behavior but we’ll modify it so that when switching conversations image attachments are dropped to make it more intuitive!
