Hi, regarding this issue and issues of similar type, if Ekkie encounters a lack of permissions, they can only be granted by your organization’s admin (inside of each company’s Enterprise application) without the need for Ekkie support intervention, thus for any similar issue in the future please request the required permission from you organization’s admin as this is out of our control.
