How to open tickets that are not on your name

When I want to support someone with a ticket not on my name I cant find it in Ekkie at this moment

    Hi,

    We have shipped this feature for you! There is now a selector in the Tickets dashboard to view either ‘My tickets‘ or ‘All tickets‘.

    If there is anything more we can do for you let us know!

    Currently in the tickets page we only display personal tickets, we will add an option to see All Tickets this week, thanks for the feedback!
