Error when adding time entry

When I tried to add a time entry in 74551 I get this error:

1. [autotask] create_engineer_time_entry failed (HTTP 500): This time entry is for a recurring Service Contract. Whether or not it shows on the Invoice is determined by the Company’s "Show Recurring Service Contract Labor" Invoice configuration setting.

In the ticket nothing is updated
