Ekkie Client Card

Ekkie Client Card is where Ek keeps track of what makes each client unique, and it updates itself as your team works.

Every customer has quirks: a specific approver for new user requests, custom Conditional Access policies to respect, naming conventions for accounts and groups, preferred license types. You can add these manually, but Ek also learns them automatically. Every ticket, every chat, every action Ek takes in a tenant teaches it something new about that client, and the Client Card updates in the background.

The result: the context a senior engineer builds up over years is captured automatically, and it's available to your whole team (and Ek) from day one.
