Would it be possible to have the Ekkie notifications classified as system notes?

(Not sure if Autotask allows it)

    Hi, thank you for the great suggestion!

    We are planning to bring this to Ekkie, but the process of achieving this with Autotask is lengthy sine a more formal partnership is needed.
