  • AI labeling (backend-only)
    AI assigns Issue Type, Sub-Issue Type, Priority, Impact, and all other ticket UDFs.

  • Event triggers
    Runs on ticket creation notification from the Autotask webhook.

  • Change logging
    For every ticket labeled by Ekkie, an internal ticket note is appended summarizing all field changes.

Behavior

  • Uses confidence thresholds; on low confidence, it abstains (no changes made).
